- Add the herbs, tequila, lime juice, and sweetener to the blender jar.
- Toss in the ice cubes, ensuring they fill the blender about halfway.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frosty, about 30-45 seconds, with tiny bits of herbs still visible but well incorporated.
- Stop the blender and check the texture — it should be thick, icy, and slightly slushy. If it’s too watery, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, garnishing with a sprig of fresh herbs if desired.
