- Secure the lid and blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until the mixture is smooth, thick, and velvety, with a frothy top.
- Stop the blender and check the texture—if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly again.
- Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
For an extra spicy kick, add a pinch more cinnamon at the blending stage. You can also freeze leftover slushie in an airtight container for later enjoyment. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or sweetener as desired.
