  1. Add cocoa powder, sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract into the blender.
1 cup cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  2. Pour in the milk, covering the dry ingredients to help with blending.
    1 cup milk
  3. Drop in the ice cubes, filling the blender to the top for a frosty consistency.
    1 cup ice cubes
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until the mixture is smooth, thick, and velvety, with a frothy top.
  5. Stop the blender and check the texture—if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly again.
  6. Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

For an extra spicy kick, add a pinch more cinnamon at the blending stage. You can also freeze leftover slushie in an airtight container for later enjoyment. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or sweetener as desired.
