- Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut into evenly sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat all sides evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Spread the marinated tofu cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss to coat.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the tofu for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the tofu from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Let it cool slightly to crisp up further.
- Serve the spicy roasted tofu hot, garnished with your favorite herbs or a squeeze of lime if desired. Enjoy the crispy, spicy bites!
Notes
Adjust spice levels to taste by varying sriracha or adding chili flakes. For extra crunch, toss the tofu in cornstarch before roasting.
