  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Espresso
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Chill mascarpone and heavy cream until cold.

  2. Brew espresso to double strength.

  3. Cool the espresso to room temperature.

  4. Blend mascarpone, heavy cream, milk, cooled espresso, sugar, and ice until glossy.

  6. Chill briefly to thicken the shake for a moment of body.
  7. Pour the shake into two glasses, letting it flow with a glossy surface.
