  • 2 cups vegetables or proteins (optional, e.g., bell peppers, spinach, tofu) for added flavor and texture

Method

  4. Pour in the soy sauce and squeeze over the lemon or lime juice, tossing again to evenly distribute the flavors. If using, sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat.
